Register Now for Seventh Annual Public-Private Partnership Conference

The Mayor's Office of Partnerships and Grants Development, in conjunction with the Center for Nonprofit Advancement, announces its Seventh Annual Public-Private Partnership Conference. This year's theme is "Stronger Partnerships - Stronger Communities: Bringing Neighborhoods Together."
The conference will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2005, 8 am to 4:30 pm, at George Washington University's Cloyd Heck Marvin Center, 800 21st Street, NW, Washington, DC.
Workshops will include:
- Developing Federal Grant Application Budgets
- When Partnerships Don't Work
- Individual Fund Raising
- Funding for Faith-Based Organizations
- Foundation Funders Panel
- President's 2006 Budget; and more.
There will be opportunities to network with representatives from local DC, Maryland, and Virginia governments, as well as the federal government, local foundations, and nonprofit and faith-based organizations. In addition, an extensive exhibit hall will have information on the latest technology and capacity building opportunities for conferees.
