The Office of Partnerships and Grant Services (OPGS) is the DC government's central clearinghouse of information on federal and private grants, including federal grant guidelines.

In addition to the above services, the Mayor designated OPGS as the State Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Executive Order 12372. The Executive Order requires applications for federal grants and financial assistance from governmental and non-governmental entities in the District of Columbia to be submitted to OPGS for review and assignment of a State Applicant Identifier Number.
