Mining for Gold: How to Read Foundation Tax Forms

On Wednesday, February 21, Kathy Jankowski, Director of Special Projects, Harman Family Foundation, provided an information session on how to read and understand foundation 990-PF forms. She explained how one can understand how foundations operate by studying their gifts received, officers and directors, and the grants lists. It's important to know that it's not all about foundations giving to you; it's about you realizing how your organization intersects with their patterns of giving.
